Before Your Service

Pre-Service Preparation

To ensure the best results, please complete the following before your scheduled appointment:

• Clear access to baseboards, walls, and treatment areas

• Pick up items from floors near walls (toys, shoes, boxes, etc.)

• Secure pets and pet food during the service

• Cover or store exposed food and dishes

• Make sure sinks and dishwashing areas are clean and accessible

• Provide access to all areas scheduled for treatment

Our technician will arrive within your scheduled service window and will notify you if there are any access concerns.

After Your Service

Post-Service Care & Expectations

After your treatment, please follow these guidelines to allow the products to work properly:

• Avoid cleaning or wiping treated areas for 24 hours unless instructed otherwise

• Keep children and pets out of treated areas until surfaces are dry

• You may see increased pest activity for a short period — this is normal

• Results improve over the next several days as the treatment takes effect

• Contact us if pest activity continues beyond the expected timeframe

Your technician will email you a service report outlining what was treated and any specific recommendations for your property.
